This afternoon we were delighted to welcome representatives from Bellway Homes to our latest Find Out Friday event. Students had the opportunity to learn about careers in the construction industry, ask questions about different roles, and gain a better understanding of the skills and experience employers value. A huge congratulations to our Drama and Eco students who represented de Stafford at the GLF Schools Arts Showcase. Both teams won their categories, showing incredible creativity, teamwork and passion. They were outstanding ambassadors for our school. Our Drama students performed two numbers from our production of Mary Poppins, and it was wonderful to see them back on stage doing what they love. Their energy, professionalism and joy shone through every moment. Our Eco team impressed judges with their innovative ideas and commitment to sustainability, proudly demonstrating the values we hold as a school. Congratulations, Team de Stafford — you made us so proud! 😍

Year 10 students had their first experience of college courses last week with a visit to @eastsurreycollege. The students took part in sessions for courses like Travel and Tourism, Plumbing and Animal management. The buzz from students thinking about their futures and careers was fantastic!
