Year 7 Students are studying First Aid in their PATHS lessons this half term and have been practising bandaging and applying slings this week!

Mr Jeremy Garner

Executive Headteacher


Mr Garner oversees both de Stafford and Merstham Park School as Executive Headteacher and is very much involved in the strategic leadership of the school.



Mr Jeff Place

Head of School


Mr Place works alongside Mr Garner on the strategic direction of the school but also has responsibility for the day-to-day running of the school.  Working with the rest of the leadership team, he has oversight of the quality of education.



Mrs Rachel Treacher

Deputy Headteacher


Mrs Treacher has oversight of the pastoral systems and is the Safeguarding Lead.

Mr Meaney has oversight of curriculum, data/reports, and outcomes.



Mrs Geraldine Callanan

Assistant Headteacher/SENCO


Mrs Callanan oversees all aspects of Inclusion, including the SENCO role as well as Student voice.



Mr Christian Henk

Assistant Headteacher


Mr Henk is leading the whole school focus on Learning & Teaching.  As part of this he will be maintaining oversight of Extended Learning (Homework).


Mr David Parry

Assistant Headteacher


Mr Parry’s role incorporates the important aspects of timetables (and particularly Options) as well as overseeing our Careers provision and enrichment opportunities.
