GLF Schools was founded in 2012 in order to enable the federation of Glyn School (an academy in 2011) and Danetree Junior School. Together, we began our journey to become a MAT of more than 1000 talented staff working with over 10,000 children in 40 schools across 5 regions in southern England.

Year 6 Transition 2026-27

We are delighted to welcome all students who have been offered a Year 7 place at de Stafford School from September 2026. Please click here to read the welcome letter from Mr Place, Headteacher.

More details about our induction process and transition days will be sent out to each family over the coming months.  Please ensure you accept your child's place with your local authority by Monday 16 March 2026.

Parents/Carers of our new Year 7 students will receive an email in the coming weeks with a link to log in and complete an Applicaa online registration form.
