Special Educational Needs - Home Learning Resources
Dear Parents and Carers
There are a range of home learning resources on the Surrey County Council Local SEND Offer hub, which are fun and interactive, whilst linking in with many areas of the National Curriculum. These may prove very useful if your child is struggling to complete work on SMHW.
There are audio books, which have many benefits including increased word exposure, improved vocabulary, comprehension and critical thinking skills. Maths resources for all ages, which can be adapted to meet the needs of your child. There is also a Mine Craft app, which, once downloaded, allows access to free educational worlds. There might even be time for a workout with John Wicks!
