Year 11 Prom and Yearbook

We are delighted to announce that tickets for the Year 11 Prom and copies of our 40 page hard back Yearbook can now be purchased online via your de Stafford Scopay account.  The deadline for orders is Monday 14 June. 

 Please find further details regarding the Prom below.

Venue: 

Farleigh Court Golf Club, Old Farleigh Road, Warlingham, CR6 9PE 

Start time: 

7pm  

End time: 

11pm. Please arrange for your son/daughter to get home safely. 

Tickets: 

Tickets are £40 each and should be purchased via Scopay

Closing date: Monday 14 June 2021 

No physical ticket will be issued, please accept your Scopay email receipt as confirmation. Names will be taken on the door.   

Dress code:  

Smart  

What is included in the ticket price? 

  • Hot buffet style dinner 

  • Sweet cart (unlimited)  

  • Chocolate fountain (unlimited) 

  • A ‘mocktail’ on arrival and unlimited squash for the remainder of the evening 

  • Selfie Mirror (unlimited visits, 2 prints per visit) 

  • DJ and light-up dance floor 

  • Use of pool table and golf simulator (subject to availability) 

Do they need to bring any money on the night? 

A professional photographer will be present and 6”x9” prints available to purchase and take home on the night, at a discounted rate of £10 (cash only).  Following the event, photos can be viewed and ordered online at www.photogenicevents.co.uk at a cost of £15 + P&P. 

Should your son/daughter wish to purchase soft drinks, the bar will remain open throughout the night. 

Additional information: 

  • The venue operates a strict no smoking and no drugs policy and employs both a male and female licensed security guard to check bags upon arrival.  Any student found in possession of any drug, including alcohol or under the influence of any drug, including alcohol will be asked to leave immediately.   

  • The event will only be able to run subject to government restrictions being lifted on the 21 June.  In the event we have to cancel the Prom at short notice, a full refund will be given. 

  • The Prom is for Year 11 students only and is not open to anyone other than de Stafford students and staff.
